Financial Product- (Launching Q2 2025) 

Core Aim: To repackage our Carbon Farms into a mainstream financial product that will be listed on a stock-exchange. 

Carbon removal projects will be risk rated by financial agencies and divided into parcels for lease as a mainstream financial product. This product will have all of the same functionality as our carbon farms but with a number of additional benefits. 

The product would have a mix of forward funded carbon farms, so for example 25% Blue Carbon removal, 25% Biochar, 25% Enhanced Rock weathering, and 25% Reforestation.

Benefits:

• The product will appreciate in value, similar to a bond. 

• Projects able to scale rapidly at an early stage, while avoiding over-dilution. 

• Investors, therefore, will be able to receive a ROI from ontrading the product.

• This process will be simplified by the liquidity provided by the stock exchange. 

• Carbon removal projects benefit by accessing advanced funding from a market many times larger than the VCM. 

• Financial market investors will be able to invest in these innovative projects without leaving their investment comfort zone.
